Abstract

Agha Mohammad Ali Behbahani in his treatise of cheiratiya, while criticizing the general flow of Sufism, He talks about three issues: (1) Nematullahi's belief in dropping homework for the followers of the way, (2) Nematullahiyya's following from Permissible and (3) Enumerating examples of their leaving Sharia according to Shia jurisprudence. Therefore, one of his jurisprudential criticisms of the followers and poles of the way is abandoning the obligation to shorten the mustache. The aim of the current research is to find an answer to Behbahani's criticisms regarding the adherence and place of Sharia in Nematullahi Way. This research examines the authenticity of these controversies using a library method, by describing and phenomenologically analyzing the available sources. The analysis of Nematullahi's written sources rejects the claim of scrap homework for wayfarer and poles of the path of truth. And the followers of this path of truth claim In Sharia, they follow the Prophet's (PBUH) tradition and Shia jurisprudence. In addition, in the historical recognition, Nematullahi's connection and Affectivity from Karamiya (as a Permissible proceeding) is not clear. Because the emphasis of the followers of this path of truth on following the jurists and scholars in jurisprudential matters is a sign of their adherence to Sharia and Shiite jurisprudence, at least in terms of opinion. Criticism of Mustache's jurisprudential issue is also based on tolerance in the evidence of traditions and the way of religious people that In the historical and jurisprudential reading of this issue, the reason of the critics is considered weak On the contrary, there are historical documents of wearing a mustache in the Sunnah of Shia religious people. Therefore, in Nematullahiyyah, the Sharia have had a status equal to the scholars and jurists And Behbahani's criticisms are based on celebrities that have no historical truth or theoretical validity.
